I purchased Lawn Scapes in 2001 as a residential mowing company. Over the years we have built it into a design build firm. The Lawn Scapes tagline is Design • Build • Maintain, with emphasis on the capability of maintaining the work after the installation is complete. I love seeing projects develop from an idea or picture, and seeing what our teams can transform a property into. I’m passionate about our company culture and making work fun. In my spare time I love to spend it with my family and our dog, Hazel! Building Lawn Scapes into the area’s most well respected firms is what we set out to do… Building out our team and culture is paramount to our success!
Mary Sullivan
Office Manager
I was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. I have been with LawnScapes since February of 2012. Prior to becoming the Office Manager, I was a stay-at-home mom and a tax professional. I have been a key figure in setting up our green industry software, and have earned my commercial applicator’s license. In my spare time I like to knit, bead and hang out with my amazing adult children. I’ve also been known to indulge in an occasional glass of bourbon and enjoy trying different brands.
Jim Dimitt
Business Development Manager
I have been in the landscape industry for 38 years and began my career in 1986 in high school. I earned my degree in ecological science in 1995. I worked for two different landscape companies before starting my own landscape maintenance company for 10 years. In 2018 I joined LawnScapes. In my spare time I enjoy time with my wife and our dog.
Jeff Gadzala
Operations Manager
I have been in the Landscape industry for 35 years. I joined the Lawn Scapes family in 2018. I’ve been a supervisor on maintenance, mowing and hardscaping crews through my career. I’ve been married to my wife, Kristen, for 29 years. We have a son and two daughters in college. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.
